WABAUNSEE COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just before 3p.m. Wednesday in Wabaunsee County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2013 Winnebago driven by Stanley E. Rosewater, 83, Belleair, Florida, was eastbound on Interstate 70 at Valencia Road.
The RV left the roadway to the right and the driver overcorrected, causing the vehicle to tip and land on the driver's side completely blocking the roadway.
EMS transported Rosewater and a passenger Maureen Rosewater, 82, Bellair, Florida, to Stormont Vail. A second passenger was not injured. All three were properly restrained, according to the KHP.
