The National Weather Service said a highly impactful storm system is beginning to affect the entire forecast area Tuesday.
Potentially severe thunderstorms could occur this afternoon, very strong non-thunderstorm winds increase this evening as rain changes to snow.
ā Blizzard or near-blizzard conditions are expected area-wide with the combination of strong winds and falling snow tonight/early Wednesday morning.
