Southwind Developers LLC have plans for the  property where the former KJCK Radio Station was located on the west side of Junction City.

According to a member of the Southwind group, Tammy Melton, they plan to put in a Paradox To Go on the site. There are also plans to retain their existing Paradox Coffee and Bistro in downtown Junction City.

Other future goals for the west side location include hopefully, a second new stand alone food establishment and development of a 20,000 square foot multi-occupancy strip mall on a five acre site on the south side of the property.

Remodeling of the former radio station building is currently under way for future business rental as well.

There is not a definite timetable on completion of the project, although Melton noted "hopefully sooner rather than later."

Members of Southwind LLC include Tammy and Derrick Melton, Dr. Teran and Tiffany Naccarato, plus three other individuals who's names have not yet been released.
