Nikki Davenport, Court Administrator for the 8th Judicial District of Kansas, was named President of the Kansas Association of District Court Clerks &amp; Administrators (KADCCA) at this year’s KADCCA conference.&nbsp;

The 8th Judicial District includes Geary, Marion, Morris and Dickinson counties.
