
MANHATTAN — From Broadway leading man to beloved "Glee"teacher, Matthew Morrison has long captivated audiences on stage and screen. Morrison will bring his powerhouse voice to McCain Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, with "Rhythms and Revelations," a dazzling showcase of music and storytelling.
Known for his role as Will Schuester on the hit television series "Glee," Morrison has also charmed audiences as Conor Fox in "The Good Wife" and Paul Stadler in "Grey's Anatomy" and built an impressive Broadway career — from his breakthrough role in "Footloose" to his award-nominated performances in "Hairspray," "The Light in the Piazza" and "Finding Neverland."
Since beginning his music career, Morrison has released four albums, including a self-titled debut with guests Sting and Elton John and a Broadway standards record entitled "Where it All Began," which was produced by Phil Ramone. Now on tour with "Rhythms and Revelations,"Morrison is blending his passions for music, movement and storytelling into a performance he describes as a "car wash for your soul," bringing audiences into an evening of heartfelt, feel-good artistry.
