Planning has been under way for a 911 ceremony on Sept. 11 in Junction City. Ronna Larson, City Commissioner, said it will begin at 5:30 p.m. in front of the Municipal Building. "There will be an agenda with a color guard and laying of a wreath. "Emergency vehicles will be out. JCPD is going to cook hotdogs, have chips and drinks available. So please come out."
