The Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce announced that their Board of Directors are holding another special Board meeting. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 8, at 4:00 p.m. in the Chamber of Commerce conference room.

At the most recent board meeting, last Monday, June 29, the Board of Directors voted 9-3 to remove Mickey Fornaro-Dean from President of Operations for the Chamber of Commerce. Ashley King, the Chair of the Chamber Board is currently serving as the interim President of Operations.
Fornaro-Dean is still the Economic Development Director for Junction City and Geary County.
