In their daily report on COVID-19 Thursday the Geary County Health Department reported another death, bringing the total for the county to three since the pandemic began. The latest victim was a 49-year old man. Health Department expressed their sympathy to his friends and family for their loss.
Officials also reported that there were three other confirmed positive cases on Thursday and two recovered cases. There are 21 active cases in the county, and three people are hospitalized.
Since the start of the pandemic there have been 313 confirmed positive cases and 289 recovered cases.
