Basics of Ag Lease Law and Considerations of a Good Lease are the topics for a meeting Thursday, Jan. 6 at 7 p.m. at the Geary County 4-H / Senior Citizens Center.
Extension Agent Chuck Otte will review the important points of Kansas ag lease law and important considerations in developing and maintaining an equitable and long lasting lease arrangement with your tenant or landlord. He will also talk about equitable cash rent and crop shares rent for 2022 on crop land, plus pasture rental rates and considerations.
