This Saturday, May 28, is the date for the Filthy Monkey Obstacle Course Race at the Junction City Athletic Training Center, 935 East 4th.
This 2K Obstacle Course Race will include an open division beginning at 9 a.m. and a kid's division starting at 9:30 a.m. There will be awards for top finishers in each division, including 8U, 11U, 14U and 17U for kids, and 25U, 35U, 45U and 59U for adults.
The cost to enter is $25 for kids and $45 for adults. Those who are 60 and older can enter for free.
There will be four free bicycle giveaways, batting cage token giveaways, a T-shirt for all paid racers, a live DJ and the event will be timed by the Manhattan Running Company.
