Blue Jay boys' cross-country team claimed the Centennial League Championship

The Junction City High School USD 475 boys' cross-country team claimed the Centennial League Championship on Saturday in Topeka. The Blue Jays have now won back-to-back league titles.

Individually, Ethan Fontaine crossed the finish line in first place, clocking a time of 15:49.50. Anthony Testa followed in third place, while William Dee closed out competition fifth out of 40 competitors.

On the girl's side, JCHS placed third overall in the final team standings. Linden Pickler and Anna Fontaine wrapped-up competition in third and fourth place, respectively, to lead the Blue Jays
