Geary Community Healthcare Foundation Executive Director Tracy Geisler has announced a $1.5 Million dollar capital injection from the Foundation for the immediate operational needs at the Geary Community Hospital. "Our foundation was established in 1987 to support the healthcare needs in our community," said Geisler. "We are extremely grateful for the community support and ongoing giving that we have received by our donors. "
The Geary Community Healthcare Foundation was founded to support the healthcare needs in our community, and we are committed to help support the hospital during the transition period of operations to Stormont Vail Health.
The $1.5 million contribution is a share of the approximate $6 million amount needed by GCH to make it through to the end of the year and a partnership where the hospital move under the oversight of Stormont Vail Regional Health.
