Ruth "Diane" Hopkins, 70, of Junction City, Kansas passed away on April 27, 2023 at Stormont Vail - Flint Hills Campus in Junction City, Kansas. Cremation will take place. A celebration of life service will be announced at a later date. Diane was born August 20, 1952, in Victoria, Texas the daughter of William Hubert and Helen Louise (Mouser) Kite. Diane was a factory worker and housekeeper for many years. She enjoyed sewing and fishing. She married Larry David Hopkins December 27, 1990 in Brownwood, Texas. He passed away April 15, 2023 in Brownwood. Survivors include two sons, William F. Cody of Burdett, Kansas and Billy Joe Cody of Rockdale, Texas; one daughter, Victoria Nelson and her husband Rick of Junction City, Kansas; two step-children, Jason Hopkins and Christine Merrick both of California; two brothers, Joe William Kite and Walter Kite; five sisters, Janice Smith, Mozzell Kite, Serena Allen, Sara Lutz and Nona Kite; eight grandchildren, Kynthia, David, Zackery, Sarha, Nathen, Ivy, Cordell and Rose; ten great-grandchildren, Chassidy, Derek, Theron, Carter, Isabella, Kristopher, Kynthea, Sophie, Axl and Juanita. She was preceded in death by her parents; six siblings, Martha, Brenda, Cecil, Ricky and Freddy and one great-granddaughter, Harper Thompson.&nbsp;&nbsp;
