RILEY COUNTY --Law enforcement are investigating alleged identity theft in Manhattan.
Just before 9:30a.m. Tuesday, officers filed a report of identity theft in the 2500 block of Rogers Boulevard, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
KS State Bank and a 60-year-old woman reported an unknown suspect used personal information obtained through email and phone calls to scam the victims out of money. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $1,200.
