Junction City Main Street has announced that you can pick the next color for J-Hill.
Passionate about what color lights up the iconic J-Hill? Now’s your chance to make it happen—with a twist! You can vote with your dollars to choose the winning color. Every $1 = 1 VOTE toward the color you want to see shine over JC. The color with the most votes will light up J-Hill for the next six months.
They understand the tradition behind J-Hill, with “Pure White” long being the color of choice — whether it’s superstition, taboo, or simply a feeling of comfort. This fundraiser doesn’t take that tradition away; in fact, it gives the community the chance to vote for it while supporting two organizations who help the community.
Every dollar raised supports Junction City Main Street AND the Junction City, KS Animal Shelter.
Voting runs Aug 8 – Sept 5. The winning color will be announced Sept 10 via Facebook.
