Following the VIP event, Forsberg will present “Finding Home in Flyover Country - A Photographer’s Journey” at 7 p.m. in the dome.
There is no cost to attend the public lecture, but the gallery will not be open following his talk, so the VIP Gallery Walk will be the only opportunity that evening to view his photography.
The highly visual public presentation is an account of his personal journey crisscrossing the heart of America, photographing the peoples and places that became the Great Plains: America's Lingering Wild exhibit. Funding from Humanities Kansas made this lecture possible.
