Former 1st Infantry Division and Fort Riley commanding general and retired Lt. Gen. Thomas Rhame was presented with a Quilt of Valor Friday night at the Geary County Convention Center.

Rhame led the 1st Infantry Division during Desert Storm. He was in attendance for the Division's annual Officer Dinner Saturday night and another gathering of some Desert Storm officer veterans Friday evening.
