Pawnee Mental Health has announced the promotion of Nate Bellamy to Director of Operations. Bellamy brings extensive experience in facilities leadership, safety oversight, and operational management to his new role.
Bellamy specializes in facilities and operations leadership across health care, industrial and government environments. His background includes regulatory compliance, project and risk management, ensuring organizations meet safety, building and security standards while effectively managing facility-related risks. He also has a strong record in project and process improvement management, leading capital projects, optimizing workflows, and driving cost-effective performance.
Before joining Pawnee Mental Health, Bellamy served in several leadership and operational roles, including assistant director of a summer camp, Loss Prevention contract manager, maintenance manager, small-business owner and as a security contractor. These roles strengthened his expertise in systems improvement, team leadership, and operational efficiency.
In his new role, Bellamy will oversee facilities operations, safety processes and organizational infrastructure. He will work closely with agency leadership to support daily operations, enhance system reliability and help maintain a safe, efficient environment for staff and clients.
