CVB release
The Convention & Visitors Bureau Guide has begun work on their next Geary County Visitor Guide.
In all honesty, the work began a few months ago because we are working on a new look and updated text throughout the book in hopes of gaining additional interest from travelers.
We have just begun work on selling AD space in the 2025 VG though, and invite any interested parties to reach out to Paige Mendoza with questions or interest.
Along with a fresh look, we also want to include a fresh new viewpoint from one of our Geary County residents!
We are collecting submissions for an entry piece for the 2025 Visitor Guide. The piece should be written in a way that tells what you love about Geary County, why you think visitors should come here, and any other stories or tid-bits that you think would be enticing for travelers who may read it!
The piece can be written in a creative format: Letter or Story for example.
Submissions need to be between 200-250 words.
Submission Cut-off date: September 23rd, 2024. (2 month submission period.)
Participants should be 10 or older please.

Winner(s) will be notified by a staff member at the CVB on or by October 1, 2024.
