RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for alleged domestic violene.
On Friday, police arrested 32-year-old Luis Martinez of Topeka on two Riley County District Court warrants in connection to August and October 2020 occasions of domestic violence on a 38-year-old woman, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
Martinez is being held on requested charges of two counts each of kidnapping, aggravated domestic battery, aggravated assault, criminal damage to property, and domestic battery, and one count each of aggravated battery, robbery, aggravated intimidation of a victim, criminal threat, and criminal restraint.
Martinez remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $150,000.
