Due to the weather and cancellations by vendors Live Well Geary County officials have postponed opening day at the market until next Thursday. There will not be a market today.

Fresh fruit and vegetables to sweets are among the many items that will be sold at the Farmers Market at the JC Naz Church parking lot, 1025 South Washington, in Junction City during the coming months. The first one of the season is scheduled Thursday from 4-7 p.m.
The Farmers Markets are held every Thursday through October.
