RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement investigating a robbery in Manhattan and have made an arrest.
Just 8a.m. Monday, police arrested 17-year-old Rostyn Rothwell,of Hallsville, Texas on requested charges of aggravated robbery, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report. This arrest is in connection to a report filed for aggravated robbery in the 1500 block of Pipher Lane in Manhattan that occurred April 11.
Rothwell is being held without bond in the North Central Kansas Regional Juvenile Detention Center at the time of this report.
