--4-H members wil be required to attend in-person at least four regular monthly meetings of the 4-H Club in which they are enrolled betweeen Oct. 1 and June 30 to participate in the project / livestock auction at the end of the fair this year. This requirement does not limit fair participation, only participation in the auction.
