The annual Fall Apple Day Festival at Fort Riley will be held at the Artillery Parade Field, Historic Main Post on Saturday, Sept. 26, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
The Fall Apple Day Festival provides Soldiers and their families a day of fun and relaxation while honoring the history of the Post. It also serves as an open house fo all community members to get an up-close look the post. The Commanding General’s
Mounted Color Guard will put on demonstrations, as will the Military Police Working Dogs, and the Explosive Ordnance Disposal unit. There will be a marksmanship range featuring several weapons that Soldiers use and many family friendly activities.
