United Way announced that they will help Stuff the Pantry. They will be collecting food and baby items. Donations will be shared with the Geary County Food Pantry, JC Pregnancy Center, Konza Cupboard, Clover Cabinet, and other food pantries.
Donations will go to help those in need in our community. With summer right around the corner, the Geary County Food Pantry and other emergency pantries need our help. Each month, the food pantries in our community provides food for over 2,000 people. We want to make sure that there is enough food to meet the needs.
In addition to food items, they are collecting items for the JC Pregnancy Center. Often, when a new or expecting parent comes into the pregnancy center, it is to get help with items for their little one. This could be diapers, wipes, pacifiers, or baby towels.
Volunteers who would like to help can sign up at through their SignUp Genius link. Volunteers will help collect items and/or deliver them to the intended recipients. In addition to our live days there will bw srop off boxes throughout the community.

Volunteers will be at Dillons and both Wal-Mart locations.
Wish List items will range from peanut butter, canned meat, canned vegetables and rice to pancake mix & syrup, mac & cheese, baby towels and hygiene products plus other items.
