Bishop Carroll made a last minute touchdown and 2-point conversion to take the lead, and held off the Blue Jays to win 29 to 28.
Junction City drove the length of the field in the final 90 seconds and did score a touchdown on a pass from Andrew Khoury to Marcello Bussey. The Blue Jays went for two but the pass fell incomplete in the endzone. Bishop Carroll went on to run out the clock.
Junction City led 14 to 7 at halftime. Bishop Carroll scored 22 points in the 2nd half.
The blue jays host Manhattan next Friday night at Al Simpler Stadium.
