Rain is in the forecast on Friday so JCHS sporting events are being moved up in most cases from Friday to Thursday.
The Blue Jay baseball team will host Highland Park in a doubleheader beginning at 4 p.m. at Rathert Field.
The JCHS track teams will compete at 3 p.m. in the Manhattan Invitational at Bishop Stadium.
Lady Jay soccer will host Emporia in a JV match at 4:30 and the varsity match at 6:15 p.m. at Al Simpler Stadium.
Lady Jay varsity softball is still on the schedule for Friday at Hummer Sports Park in Topeka at 4 p.m.
