Three Junction City football players sign to play college football next season

Three Junction City High School football players signed their letter of intent to play college football next season.

The three players who signed were Scott Cary, Ryan McCreath, and Hayden Puryear. All three signed with MidAmerica Nazarene University, which is in Olathe.

Cary, McCreath, and Puryear all played on this season's Junction City football team, which finished with a 6-4 record. Cary and Puryear played on the defensive line while McCreath anchored the offensive line.

The MidAmerica Nazarene Pioneers compete in the Heart of America Athletic Conference.
