The Junction City Blue Jays defeated the Dodge City Red Demons Friday night 42 - 21 in the season home opener.
Junction City advances to 1-1; Dodge City falls to 1-1.
Junction City will play McPherson High School next Friday night at Blue Jay Stadium.
